The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters met personally to publicize next month's boxing match.
Former twice world boxing king Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the traditional face-off, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
